At LCCupsLTD, all purchases are considered final sale.

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the item, except where you have a legal right to cancel under applicable UK consumer law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from the product described, please contact us at lccupsltd@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing goods online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to legal exceptions.

If you cancel under this statutory right, the goods must generally be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

We will provide any refund required by law, including applicable standard delivery charges, subject to the applicable statutory rules.

Exceptions to Cancellation Rights

The statutory cancellation right does not apply to certain goods and circumstances prescribed by law.

Depending on the products we sell, this may include personalised or bespoke products, certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, perishable goods, and certain digital content once supply has begun with the required consent.

Where an exception applies, we will clearly communicate this before purchase where required.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges as a voluntary service.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, please contact us so that we can determine the appropriate remedy.
